When you purchase a puppy from us, you can rest assured that your puppy is of the highest standard.
Our puppies are born in our living room and that is exactly where they are raised. Our puppies are confident and outgoing. Toilet training starts around 2 weeks old and they are handled constantly. They will be well-voiced in all things soul and RnB and may well be partial to the odd episode of Yellowstone. And if it’s football season, they’ll be avid Hammers fans too!
They leave us at 8 weeks old, full of beans and pretty much toilet trained. Their comprehensive puppy pack includes a generous supply of the best quality food as well as toys, a blanket etc… Pups will be health checked, microchipped, vaccinated and insured by the time you collect.
Alongside all this, your puppy comes with a lifetime of care and support. We will offer all the advice you may need in order to settle your puppy in their new environment. We also have a fabulous Facebook group where all our pups (spanning back almost 20 years) and their families stay in touch.
Usually, our puppies are reserved when they are young and before we allow visitors. Following your making contact, should we invite you to reserve the puppy of your choice, we will ask for a £100 deposit. This is usually paid via bank transfer and reserves a puppy until our 4 weeks visits. Should you come along to this visit and decide he/she is not the puppy for you, this deposit will be returned to you in full immediately.
Please note, if you have a change of heart after this time, the deposit is final and non refundable. The full balance will be due on collection by either cash or bank transfer.
